Your mission

  • Strategic Design Leadership
  • Lead, develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with company vision and product roadmap
  • Establish design systems, guidelines, and best practices across product lines
  • Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to drive design innovation
  • Product Design Excellence
  • Oversee the creation of user-centered design solutions for complex enterprise AI products
  • Ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across all product interfaces
  • Drive user research and implement data-driven design decisions
  • Create and maintain design frameworks that support scalable and adaptable product experiences
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a design thought leader and strategic partner across the organization
  • Represent design perspective in executive-level discussions and product strategy meetings
  • Design Operations and Governance
  • Implement design operations (DesignOps) processes to improve design team efficiency
  • Develop and manage design budgets and resource allocation
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure design impact and effectiveness
  • Create and maintain design documentation and knowledge sharing platforms

    • Your profile

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • Understanding of Pharma Regulatory Processes strongly preferred
  • Advanced degree (Master's) preferred
  • Additional design certifications or specialized training a plus
  • French and English Languages required (Fluency in English writing)
  • Experience
  • 10+ years of design experience with at least 5 years in a design leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading design teams in SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking and complex product design
  • Experience in AI, machine learning, or advanced technology product design
  • Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
