In concrete terms, you will be required to :

• Set up an appropriate secretarial organization adapted to the needs of the team,
• Set up and "customize" the different tools used for order management,
• Support the Lyon Indirect Purchasing team by taking care of various administrative tasks (non-exhaustive list),
• Sending calls for tenders,
• Drafting of registrations in ERP and sending of orders and signature follow-up,
• Billing follow-up,
• Drafting of extension amendments,
• Drafting of close out amendments,
• Supplier creation requests,
• Follow-up of supplier qualification files,
• Follow-up of supplier evaluations,
• Management of market intelligence,
• Organization of events within the team,
• Support to the Manager in the follow-up of reporting, statistics, presentations,
• Paper archiving and network archiving,

• You are preparing for a Bac +2,
• You are proficient in English,
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office,
• You are strong-willed and dynamic.
