Let us describe the challenge we offer

Polestar is expanding in France and currently we have an exciting opportunity for a new position as Key Account Manager B2B to start our sales team.Your key responsibility will be to grow and manage relationships with leasing companies rental companies government entities and fleet owners to successfully introduce Polestar in their car policy and maximize our market share within their respective fleet. Next to the customer relations you will also be the goto Polestar ambassador for all stakeholders on B2B topics (Polestar Space lease companies and fleet management companies). This is an opportunity to be part of the exciting Polestar journey and to form and shape our business success whilst transforming the whole industry. The role is based in the west of Paris France and reports to the Head of Sales in France.

What youll do

You will be responsible for managing the end to end sales & account management process by;

  • Representing Polestar as an ambassador at trade shows events and within various business networks;
  • Driving lead cycle management (generate & followup leads and close them)
  • Acquiring new corporate relationships through the use of digital tools like LinkedIn and your current network by a tailored approach using our products and services
  • Building relationships and managing existing relationships with leasing companies rental companies government entities and fleet owners
  • Making appointments gaining insight into mobility needs and DMU (DecisionMaking Unit) structures negotiating providing / facilitating quotes or orders and closing deals;
  • Proactively facilitating supporting and informing leasing companies that collaborate with your corporate clients;

You will also support our retail network to actively sell by :

  • Being the point of contact for Retail Spaces regarding business market operations;
  • Continuously assess and improve collaboration with sales partners
  • And you take care of high quality administration and communication by :

  • Ensuring continuous sales reporting
  • Supporting the Fleet Sales administration
  • Followup of orders input into the fleet procurement system (ORD)
  • Work closely with the productionorderingdelivery manager
  • Always ensuring excellent communication with all involved stakeholders and the Head of Sales to whom you report
  • Collaborating closely as a team player with your colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Who you are

    To be successful in this role we expect you to have :

  • A university degree or experience that is equivalent to it
  • 13 years of experience in account management
  • Experience in fleet management mobility service providers or charge point operationsis seen as a plus
  • Working knowledge of the automotive taxation in France with special focus on EVis seen as a plus
  • Understanding TCO
  • Following the fiscal measures purchase incentives and policies in place
  • Excellent level of spoken and written French & English
  • A valid drivers license
  • Good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • As a person you have an analytical mindset and outstanding communication skills to inspire and educate and guide the customers in their transition to EV.You are also flexible and agile individual who thrives working in fastpaced and dynamic environment and who has a cando attitude.You are very sociable and networking is your second nature. Last but not least you have passion for cars and people.
