Context Overview

At Vialink now part of the Signaturit Group our mission is to simplify and secure our clients digital journeys. We automate and secure critical client interactions such as onboarding customer verification and contract signing. As part of a scaleup in the RegTech space we develop SaaS solutions specialized in digital identity security electronic signatures and fraud prevention. Our Vialink 360 platform enables businesses to enhance their client experience with solutions in :

Electronic Signature : digitization and automation of signing processes

KYC & ID Verification : online identity and document verification with AI and machine learning

What you will do at Signaturit

As we grow within the Signaturit Group we are looking for an Account Manager Enterprise to drive sales and manage our major accounts (50 / 50 split nett new MRR & AM).

Youll join an innovative team focused on security and digital trust handling :

  • Sales Strategy : Develop sales plans to achieve largescale opportunities and revenue targets.
  • Account Management : Identify new opportunities build relationships and close deals with key decisionmakers.
  • Solution Selling : Address client challenges with tailored solutions in digital trust fraud prevention and more.
  • Collaboration : Work with internal teams (Customer Success Product Marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Contracts & Negotiation : Lead negotiations and ensure winwin outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay informed on industry trends and competition to influence product development.

What we believe should contribute to your success in this context

Profesional Experience

  • 35 years in enterprise sales focusing on SaaS solutions in digital trust
  • A first experience in technologies like VideoID OCR and fraud prevention
  • Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration marketing or related fields.
  • Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Hard Skills

  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with an indepth understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
  • Expertise in the MEDDICC sales methodology capable of effectively qualifying opportunities and managing key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient level of English; Spanish appreciated but not mandatory.
  • Soft skills

  • Problemsolving with a consultative approach especially in the context of digital trust and fraud prevention.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking in the field of digital trust technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to travel when needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
