LexisNexis recherche son prochain / sa prochaine Senior Software Engineer Backend !

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading innovative projects using Java, AWS, and content structuring technologies. Your role will be crucial in empowering the technical skills of our development team and ensuring the success of our projects.

You'll be part of the team responsible for collecting French content, from enrichments with AI or Enginneered to publication on our online platforms.

You'll need to develop your skills in transforming XML content via XSLT.

Interest and curiosity in artificial intelligence for development purposes (CoPilot) but also for fundamental knowledge (RAG principles) are key.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Java (Spring and Micronaut) and AWS (Step Functions, SQS, Lambda, Event Bridge, OpenSearch).
  • Setting up and improving our content processing workflow.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Mentor and empower developers to improve their technical skills and efficiency.
  • Participate in the development of the team's technology strategy.
  • Stay updated with technological advancements to integrate best practices and innovations.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in software development, with significant experience as a technical leader.
  • Your main objective will be to contribute directly to a modern transformation project for content services.

    • Required Skills :

  • Expertise in Java and AWS.
  • Python skills as a bonus.
  • Strong experience in content structuring (XML, XSD, DTD) or planned skills upgrades.
  • Proven ability to mentor and train technical teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in managing complex technical projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
