Contract Type : Permanent

Our client a rapidly growing engineering firm in the electronics and embedded systems sector is seeking a dynamic and motivated Responsable dAffaires to join their team in Grenoble. The company aims to double its workforce within the next five years providing a vibrant and dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Commercial Development :

  • Prospect for new clients and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio.
  • Qualify and analyze client needs with support from the technical management team.
  • Develop and negotiate tailored commercial offers.

Human Resources :

  • Participate in recruiting passionate engineers.
  • Oversee the operational progress and career management of the engineers.

    • Travel Requirements :

  • Frequent travel within the Grenoble region and occasionally to Lyon.
  • Regular interactions with other agencies in France and internationally.

    Ideal Profile :

  • Education : Master s degree (BAC5) in Electronics or Embedded Software is mandatory.
  • Experience : At least 2 years in the service or consulting sector within the electronics or embedded systems domain with potential experience in systems integration or manufacturing.
  • Skills : Passionate with strong interpersonal skills enthusiasm and adaptability.
  • Flexibility : The candidate must be autonomous and mature in their role.

    • Additional Requirements :

  • Candidates must not require administrative procedures for a work permit or residence permit.

    • Career Path : The position offers specific career paths for Business Managers including opportunities for promotion.

    Organization Structure :

  • The team comprises a Regional Director a Center Manager a Business Manager and 2 Junior Business Engineers.

    • Training and Integration : A formalized integration and training path is provided including a tour across France to meet other Business Managers from different agencies.

    Working Hours : Variable typically from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 / 7 : 00 PM.
