Our flagship product is a SaaS application designed to help physicians diagnose cardiac diseases, already being used worldwide to support the diagnosis of thousands of patients every day across four continents.

Your Role :

We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and help us shape the future of our AWS infrastructure. You will bring your expertise in cloud architecture to ensure the best possible client experience for users of our Cardiologs products. You’ll work on a variety of technical challenges, from high availability and performance monitoring to security, while ensuring the systems that support our mission are scalable, secure, and reliable.

What You'll Do :

  • Evolve Our Infrastructure : Manage and improve our cloud infrastructure as we grow, adapting it to meet the evolving needs of our products and services.
  • Build Tools & Automate : Create CI / CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tools to empower our product teams and streamline their workflows.
  • Enhance Security : Strengthen our security posture by focusing on detection, remediation, and promoting secure coding practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate on DevOps Integration : Work closely with Philips to integrate DevOps best practices across teams and ensure smooth deployment and operations.

You are the right fit if you have :

  • 5+ years of experience working with AWS (or another cloud provider) in a production environment.
  • Strong Kubernetes expertise , with hands-on experience in deploying and managing containerized applications.
  • Mastery of Terraform to manage infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with CI / CD tools (GitHub Actions preferred, but any similar tools are a plus).
  • Experience with Monitoring / Observability tools (Datadog preferred, but any similar tools are a plus).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), with at least basic knowledge of French.
  • An interest for security , with experience in educating and influencing engineers on best practices.
  • A strong enabler mentality —you help teams succeed by providing tools, guidance, and support.
  • A result-oriented mindset, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • A natural problem solver , ready to tackle challenges head-on.
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • A commitment to knowledge sharing and mentoring others to help them grow.
  • Bonus Points if You Have :

  • Experience with microservice-oriented architecture .
  • A motto like “Done is better than perfect” and “Leave the code cleaner than you found it.”
  • Experience operating highly available infrastructure .
  • Prior experience or a strong interest in working on healthcare products .
