Role Description

This is a hybrid role for an Art Director at LuCreAttivu, located in Paris with the option for some work from home. The Art Director will be responsible for creative direction, branding, art direction, graphics, and graphic design tasks.

Qualifications

  • Creative Direction and Art Direction skills
  • Branding and Graphics skills
  • Graphic Design skills
  • Experience in developing visual concepts and executing design projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the advertising or design industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

    • Responsibilities

  • Implementation of an artistic project and supervision of all steps of creation, from writing to staging.
  • Implementation of project methodologies.
  • Implementation and supervision of the production of shows and audiovisual projects.
  • Identification of emerging artists and construction of coherent programs.
  • Implementation of promotion and communication actions.
  • Conceive and / or carry out an artistic project in all its artistic, administrative, financial and communication dimensions.
  • Select a text for a show and design the staging.
  • Establish a communication plan using information and communication techniques.
  • Identify the institutional, administrative and associative organization of the performing arts in France and abroad.
  • Analyze the links uniting different arts : theatre, music, dance, performance.
  • Produce, interpret, broadcast and promote shows.
  • Identify the digital uses and the impacts of their evolution on the domain(s).
  • Develop a critical awareness of knowledge in a field and / or at the interface of several fields.
  • Solve problems to develop new knowledge and new procedures.
  • Make innovative contributions in high-level exchanges and in international contexts.
  • Conduct a reflective analysis to propose adapted and / or innovative solutions.
  • Identify, select and critically analyze various specialized resources.
  • Communicate for training or knowledge transfer purposes, orally and in writing, in different foreign languages.
  • Manage complex, unpredictable professional or study contexts.
  • Take responsibility for contributing to knowledge and professional practices.
  • Lead projects that mobilize multidisciplinary skills in a collaborative framework.
