Job Purpose
To safely and efficiently operate passenger vehicles while managing daily routes, vehicle and drivers schedules, coordination with global team for tourism and transport operations across European cities, ensuring high service quality, punctuality, and compliance with local transport regulations.
Regarding the recruitment for the transport roles, since we are an OTA (Online Travel Agent), it is essential that all staff members have practical, hands-on experience with technology.
Key Responsibilities
1. Driving & Passenger Handling
- Operate company vehicles (V-Class vans, minibuses, coaches) safely and professionally
- Route planning and management
- Transport tourists, corporate clients, and groups as per daily schedules
- Recruit and Manage Drivers and their rosters
- Manage all transport records and manage vehicles maintenance
2. Route Planning & Management
Plan and execute optimal routes considering traffic, distance, tolls, and city restrictionsCoordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules for airports, hotels, attractions, and intercity transfersAdjust routes in real-time to manage delays, road closures, or weather conditionsEnsure compliance with low-emission zones, city permits, and parking regulations3. Fleet & Vehicle Management
Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, tyres, brakes, cleanliness)Ensure vehicle cleanliness and readiness before each tripReport maintenance issues immediately and coordinate servicing schedulesMaintain vehicle logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption data on systems or software (No offline data)4. Compliance & Documentation
Adhere to EU and country-specific transport lawsEnsure compliance with :Driving hours & rest regulationsLocal licensing requirementsInsurance and vehicle documentationCarry and present required permits, route sheets, and passenger manifests5. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with :Transport coordinatorsTour guidesHotels and airportsUpdate operations team on trip status, delays, or incidentsUse GPS, route-planning tools, and dispatch systems effectively6. Safety & Service Quality
Follow all safety protocols and emergency proceduresEnsure passenger comfort and satisfaction throughout the journeyHandle complaints or issues professionally and escalate when requiredRequired Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory
Valid European driving license (Category B / D / D1 as applicable)Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fleet managementGood knowledge of European road networks and city drivingBasic English communication skills (additional languages an advantage)Preferred
