About the Role :
My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join their dynamic team in France.
This role is critical in driving growth and establishing strong relationships with large commercial customers, including banks and financial services companies.
As a key player in their sales team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding enterprise accounts, focusing on delivering innovative fintech solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enterprise Sales Leadership : Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with large commercial customers, particularly in the banking and financial services sectors.
- Account Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strategic Growth : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and target markets, driving revenue growth and market share for my client's fintech solutions.
- Consultative Selling : Understand client needs and challenges, and position my client's offerings as the optimal solution, leveraging deep industry knowledge and product expertise.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Reporting & Forecasting : Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling to large commercial customers, including banks and financial services companies.
- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of the fintech industry, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments and understand the unique needs of financial institutions.
- Skills : Strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships.
- Language : Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Location : Based in Paris (with hybrid options) or remote within France. Willingness to travel as needed.
