What we can offer as Product Marketing Manager 🎯

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a doer mindset and a passion for product usage to join our PMM team as PMM, Product Launches. Your mission is to own the go-to-market strategy for all of the amazing features that our product teams release to help users maximize their social media performance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape product launches, drive user adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, support, and marketing teams to fuel growth. You will report to the Lead PMM and join a team of 3 :

  • 1 PMM, Revenue Enablement
  • 1 Product Education Specialist
  • 1 Social Media Manager (because we eat our own dog food!)

Your responsibilities  :

As PMM, Product Launches , what is expected from you is to generate feature / product usage and business opportunities by planning and successfully executing feature / product launches. This includes (but is not limited to) the following duties :

  • Defining launch plans according to the launch tier (working hand in hand with product managers, listening to sales and customer calls, researching and documenting what the competition offers)
  • Empowering internal teams (delivering internal trainings, updating battle cards, creating one-pagers, updating internal decks)
  • Ensuring resources are up to date (website, Help Center, Academy, video tutorials, blog)
  • Delivering on promotional activities (release notes, in-app announcements, promo screens, and feature locks, webinar etc)
  • Tracking and reporting on usage of newly released and launched features (in the first 30 to 90 days post-launch)
  • Working with revenue teams (contributing to creating customer stories, identifying and reheating bottom of the funnel opportunities)
  • About you  🔍

    Must haves

  • 3 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing
  • Fluent French and English
  • Strong product sense and business acumen
  • Solid knowledge of B2B SaaS mechanisms
  • Able to collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, CS, and support teams
  • Strong storytelling & copywriting skills (ability to articulate technical concepts to broad audiences in simple, compelling French and English)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Nice to have

  • Past Growth / Marketing or Product experience
  • Fluency in Spanish and / or German
  • Familiarity with social media management
  • Familiarity with B2B sales
