En tant que technicien CVC chez JLL vous effectuerez des services dentretien et de rparation qualifis des systmes de btiment en particulier des systmes complexes de chauffage de ventilation et de climatisation. Missions :

  • Inspecter entretenir et rparer les systmes et quipements CVC assurant un fonctionnement optimal et une longvit.
  • Effectuer des diagnostics pour identifier les problmes et dterminer les rparations ou ajustements ncessaires.
  • Mettre en uvre des programmes dentretien prventif pour minimiser les pannes et maximiser lefficacit du systme.
  • Aider linstallation de nouveaux systmes et quipements CVC en assurant la conformit aux normes de lentreprise et rglementaires.
  • Collaborer avec les membres de lquipe et dautres corps de mtiers pour assurer une rsolution sre et efficace des problmes des installations.
  • Tenir jour les registres des travaux effectus y compris les pices utilises les inspections et les journaux dentretien prventif.
  • Exploiter des mthodes de travail innovantes pour amliorer les processus et amliorer la prestation de services pour nos clients.

Qualifications requises :

  • Diplme dtudes secondaires ou quivalent ; formation technique ou certification en CVC ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de deux ans dexprience dans lentretien et la rparation des systmes CVC.
  • Certification de technicien EPA Section 608 (Universelle ou Type I & II).
  • Solide comprhension des procdures de scurit et des rglementations dans les oprations CVC.
  • Excellentes comptences en rsolution de problmes avec une grande attention aux dtails.
  • Fortes comptences en communication avec la capacit de travailler dans un environnement collaboratif et orient vers lquipe.
  • Engagement envers le dveloppement professionnel continu et lapprentissage.
  • Qualifications prfres :

  • Diplme dassoci en technologie CVC ou domaine connexe.
  • Quatre ans ou plus dexprience dans un environnement CVC commercial.
  • Exprience de travail avec des systmes dautomatisation de btiments et des contrles de gestion de lnergie.
  • Matrise des systmes informatiss de gestion de la maintenance (GMAO).
  • Capacit dmontre adopter des stratgies innovantes pour amliorer lefficacit oprationnelle.
  • Une exprience pralable dans un environnement dentreprise mondial ou multinational est un plus.
  • Passion dmontre pour les pratiques durables et lefficacit nergtique.

    What your day-to-day will look like :

  • Inspect maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment ensuring optimal operation and longevity.
  • Perform diagnostics to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns and maximize system efficiency.
  • Assist in installing new HVAC systems and equipment ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure safe and effective resolution of facilities issues.
  • Maintain records of work performed including parts used inspections and preventive maintenance logs.
  • Leverage innovative ways of working to improve processes and enhance service delivery for our clients.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC or related field.
  • Minimum of two years experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
  • EPA Section 608 Technician Certification (Universal or Type I & II).
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations in HVAC operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
  • Commitment to continued professional development and learning.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associate degree in HVAC technology or related field.
  • Four or more years experience in a commercial HVAC environment.
  • Experience working with building automation systems and energy management controls.
  • Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace innovative strategies for improving operational efficiency.
  • Previous experience in a global or multinational corporate setting a plus.
  • Demonstrated passion for sustainable practices and energy efficiency.
  • Location : On-site Paris FRA
