Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Key Requirements :

• 10+ years of experience in Sterility Assurance, ideally within aseptic or sterile pharmaceutical environments
• Strong leadership background – able to drive cross-functional alignment and mentor teams
• Deep understanding of EU GMP Annex 1, and how to implement it in line with the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Solid foundation in engineering, technical operations, or quality management
• Proven ability to lead and resolve deviations, non-conformances, and compliance issues
• Comfortable working closely with the Quality Director, contributing to batch release and inspection readiness activities
