In order to support the growth, we are currently looking for a Head of Training to join our HR Team in Brussels .

Responsibilities
As a Head of Training , you assess organization’s training needs, manage OEMs’ support and expectations, optimize training resources and budget. You’re accountable for training effectiveness and you ensure compliance with relevant regulations within SMT AFRICA subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders by working collaboratively with department heads, management team, HR team, OEMs and other stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals and operational requirements ;
- Assess training needs and efficiency by c onducting needs assessments through metrics, surveys, interviews, consultations, feedbacks with employees / managers / OEMs / clients to identify skill gaps, training requirements and analyze training efficiency and outcomes ;
- Develop a culture of learning by promoting training initiatives and encouraging participation across all levels of the organization ;
- Develop and implement training strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals and objectives to impact the overall business results ;
- Develop and oversee training programs : Supervise the development of training programs, both in-person and digital, for both internal and external customers. You provide advice and recommendations that have a significant long-term impact on the organization ;
- Ensure compliance with relevant training standards and regulations, such as those related to safety, equipment operation, and industry best practices ;
- Manage and mentor training department teams, including training programs managers and training centers managers. You provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
Profile
At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ;Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR development and project management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role ;Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written (C2 level required) ;You're willing to work in Brussels (Belgium) fulltime ;Proficient with MS Office ;Proven experience in change management on ERP projects ;Good understanding of the business impacts of Digital Transformation ;Strong leadership and management skills ;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ;Ability to work effectively in a transversal role ;Strong pedagogical skills to effectively transmit knowledge ;Strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Offer
