About the Role

We are looking for a German and French speaking Account Manager to join the remote team. In this role, you will manage relationships with German and French speaking players, ensuring a personalised and engaging experience. Your focus will be on conversion, retention, and reactivation of users through proactive and friendly phone contact.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound phone calls with players to build long-term relationships.
  • Convert new registrations into active customers.
  • Reactivate inactive accounts and encourage lapsed players to return.
  • Implement tailored retention strategies to enhance player loyalty.
  • Monitor player activity and identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams on campaigns and promotions.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to help the company achieve growth targets.

Requirements :

  • Native or proficient spoken German and French are essential.
  • Good spoken and written English for effective internal communication.
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service , with a preference for iGaming.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven and highly motivated by achieving results.
  • Well organised and able to work effectively independently.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment.
