I’m partnering with a pioneering early-stage biotech developing first-in-class in vivo CAR-T therapies with proprietary IP and a clear path to clinic. This is a unique opportunity to join at a formative stage, where your decisions directly shape the trajectory of a breakthrough therapeutic platform.
Working closely with the CSO and founding team , you will lead cross-functional project management from preclinical development through to key strategic milestones. This is a role for someone who combines deep scientific understanding with operational excellence in cell & gene therapy, ideally CAR-T, gained in a biotech setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from early discovery through preclinical development
- Manage CROs and vendors, ensuring quality, speed, and value in delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines aligned to strategic goals
- Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and keep programs on track
- Support strategic initiatives including fundraising preparation and partnering activities
- Drive clear communication across teams, turning complex data into actionable insights for leadership
About You
Essential : Experience in cell & gene therapy (CAR-T strongly preferred) within a biotech environment is essential.
