- Has performed in challenging environment ( Island / remote places)- Has people skills as one of his / her top quality - Has to be fluent in French and English- Single preferred, but married can be considered- Has to be hands-on (chef coming from a smaller operation will be considered – around 3 outlets) Requirements : - Manages the entire kitchen and stewarding staff ensuring proper food preparation and sanitation- Comply with all Hygiene and food safety regulations- Plan and organize productivity and cost efficiency- Responsible for quality scores and food cost figures- Develop his team members / training- Create and develop new menus on regular basis, ongoing creativity Salary : Negotiable, service charge and full expatriate benefits.
