Tired of rain and RER delays? Come answer calls with a view ! We're hiring French-speaking customer care agents in Greece and Portugal .

Your job? Help people (in French), enjoy espresso breaks, and maybe dip your toes in the sea after work.

No need for a suit. Just bring your smile, your French, and sunscreen.

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer service in French via phone (inbound / outbound), email, or chat
  • Knowledge of English is sometimes required (depending on the workplace)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Handle customer complaints, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within the given deadlines

Your Qualifications

  • Native / fluent in written and spoken French(B2H-C1)
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful and stress-resistant personality that can adapt and stay calm in all situations
