Role Purpose
The Haute Couture Sales Director will be responsible for developing the private client sales strategy across Haute Couture - building and developing an exceptional client base
Responsibilities;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the haute couture segment.
- Build exceptional relationships with current and new clients
- Showcase the exquisite collections
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate pricings
- Work closely with design and product teams to create outstanding pieces
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Travel where required to meet clients and discuss their unique needs
- Attend shows and industry events
- Give consistent feedback to seamstress and product teams
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Sales Director in the haute couture industry.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.Fluent in French and English.Willingness to travel as needed.Must have a book of international contacts
