The Role is at the Core of the Internal Consulting Mission that MEA-MI is meant to lead, with facilitating the access to Customer and Market Knowledge across the Region
Uncover insights that lead to innovation and outstanding customer experiences, with a close interaction with S&M and LRP Teams
The role will have an impact on the business executing innovative, influential user research that shapes the customer experience for company brands. Will work collaboratively with Upstream & Downstream teams to help drive the vision for increasing customer engagement

BI – Automations / Dashboards
- Identify Analytical Needs across MEA, with starting from RPLN Function
- Create PowerBI Dashboards for
- Brand Tracking
- New Car Buyers Survey (NCBS)
- Macro-Economics across MEA
- Long-Term Plan (LTP) for input to Core Model Strategy (CMS)
- MEA Profit Pool Dashboards
- Extend Support to other RPLN Functions
- Cater for the Analytical Needs of
- MI (Brand Tracking, NCBS, Macro-Economics, …)
- LRP (Profit Pools, LTP, …)
- Product Planning (Self-Sourcing, LTP, Segment Forecast)
- RPLN (Management Dashboards)
- Sales & Marketing (Business Dev., …)
- Zone Management (Business Dashboards)
- Maintain, Update and enhance all the above MEA-MI Analytics

Generate the Macro-Economic & Demographic Overview of all Key MarketsSupport the BD Teams with Insights regarding Frontier Markets with Desk Research & Primary ResearchBrand & Model Health Insights

Education : Post Graduation in management or StatisticsWork Experience : 10+ yearsLanguage : EnglishExperience in MR agency followed with a client-side as well as a research user experience and led large scale research projects (Qual & Quant)Experience in understanding methodologies around exploratory research, statistical analysis techniques, data interpretation, user lifecycles and a general understanding of entire research partner ecosystem, working with a broad set of stakeholdersExperience in utilizing market research tools, software, and platforms to gather and analyze data effectivelyAbility to independently execute research requirements, set the objective, scoping & dissemination with leadership within defined timelines and budgetsA passion for consumer insights and a deep understanding of consumer behaviorAbility to leverage technology and digital platforms to collect, analyze, and interpret market research data effectivelyStrong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings and insights to senior management and cross functional teamsProven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiativeSelf-motivated and results-orientation with a strong work ethicAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
