Digital Marketing Intern

Join DoubleVerify as an Account Management & Client Services Intern to support client relations and gain ad tech experience.

The Role

Key responsibilities include :

• Assist in client meetings by preparing discovery questions drafting meeting agendas and handling follow-up communications.
• Craft client emails and support ongoing client service efforts.
• Conduct research on clients and industry news to identify potential risks and opportunities that could influence client strategies.
• Join external client-facing meetings.
• Complete assigned tasks within appropriate SLA / deadline on a daily basis.
• Create cases in Salesforce for requesting support from the Implementation Management.
• Work closely with Account Managers to develop performance recaps analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and present a strategic account plan to the Account Management leadership.
• Participate in internal training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and service quality.
• Support clients with activation across Social and open web campaigns.

This is a 6-month internship starting ASAP.
