The role

You will be a privileged actor for our visitors in Paris and Versailles. Enthusiastic and positive you will participate in making their travel experience unique and unforgettable.

You will :

  • Greeting and registering customers at our shop in Paris
  • Informing customers about tours
  • Providing accurate information about local attractions and services
  • Handling payments for extra activities and selling other products
  • Handling admission tickets for the tours
  • Managing online and phone reservations
  • Accompanying customers on the bus to Versailles giving a speech en route
  • Handling closures cancellation rescheduling and complaints

Who you are

  • Experience in customer service
  • Good verbal skills : French and English are required (3rd language is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to remain calm in any situation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Monthly gross salary : 204167 euros
  • Sunday hours 75% ; Public holiday : 100%
  • Public transportation fees covered up to 50%
  • Lunch voucher (9 euros per day covered up to 50%)

    Vous serez un acteur privilgi pour nos visiteurs Paris et Versailles. Enthousiaste et positif vous participerez rendre leur sjour unique et inoubliable.

    Responsabilits :

  • Accueillir et enregistrer les clients la boutique de Paris
  • Informer les clients sur les visites
  • Fournir des informations prcises sur les attractions et les services locaux
  • Grer les encaissements pour les activits supplmentaires
  • Grer les billets dentre pour les visites
  • Grer les rservations en ligne et par tlphone
  • Accompagner des groupes de Paris Versailles en car
  • Grer des fermetures annulations reprogrammations et plaintes

    • Votre profil

  • Bonnes comptences verbales le franais et langlais sont requis (une 3me langue est un plus)
  • Capacit grer plusieurs tches la fois et tablir des priorits
  • Capacit rester calme en toute situation
  • Capacit travailler de manire indpendante et en quipe

  • 204167 euros brut mensuel
  • Heures de dimanche 75%; Jours fris : 100%
  • Prise en charge 50% des frais de transports en commun
  • Prise en charge 50% des tickets restaurant (dune valeur de 9 euros par jour)
