Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operation to lead our global project operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution and management of our projects across various regions, with a focus on the energy efficiency sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex, global operations within the SaaS industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive our team towards achieving our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple regions, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a diverse team of project managers and operational staff, across multiple regions worldwide, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer success, to align project goals with overall business objectives.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with global operations, including managing time zone differences and cultural nuances.
- Performance Optimization : Implement and optimize operational processes and tools to enhance efficiency, tracking costs, and improve overall project performance.
- Client Engagement : Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any operational issues promptly.
- Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and key insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Supplier & Partner Management: Coordinate and align activities with external partners to ensure seamless collaboration. Proactively build strong relationships, address challenges, and monitor partnership effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. An MBA or Engineering background is a plus.Experience : Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in managing global operations within the SaaS industry, with a preference for those with experience in BMS & IoT solutions.Language Skills : Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.Time Management : Ability to effectively manage and coordinate projects across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.Leadership : Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a global team.Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as experience with SaaS platforms and technologies.Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements.Cultural Sensitivity : Understanding and appreciation of cultural differences, with the ability to navigate and leverage diverse perspectives.
