As our Operations Manager (for the reception the bar and the restaurant) youll lead the charge in ensuring Zoku runs like a welloiled machine. With a strong focus on creating unforgettable guest experiences and nurturing team engagement youll oversee operations with a handson approach that ensures results.

Youll be the driving force behind Zokus unique value proposition optimizing lean processes and coaching the local team to achieve excellence. Leading by example youll inspire consistency professionalism and enthusiasm at every turn.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

No two days look the same as a Operations Manager but heres a glimpse of what you can expect :

Developing your team : With a keen interest in training and talent development you will ensure that rigorous knowhow is maintained at the various sales outlets. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring processes with the 9 sidekicks (multiskilled employees) and 4 duties (multiskilled managers).

Create exceptional guest experiences : Rollup your sleeves and work alongside the team to ensure every guest leaves with a story to tell. Youll embody Zokus values setting the tone for our communitydriven culture and inspiring others to do the same.

Operational excellence : Lead manage and mentor your team to nurture an environment where everyone performs at their best at the bar the restaurant or the reception. Youre not just a leaderyoure a doer stepping in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly. Your clear communication with all departments ensures high standards and maximum efficiency.

Stay organized and on top of it all : From PMS and POS systems to supplier management and SOPs youve got it covered. You keep everything running efficiently.
