We are seeking a dynamic and consultative Services Sales Expert to join our team, with a strong background in complex solution sales and / or program management for business transformation initiatives—particularly those involving PLM, ERP, or related enterprise software systems . In this role, you will collaborate closely with account teams to identify and engage opportunities where our software and services can solve key customer challenges and support strategic transformation goals.

Role Description & Responsibilities
Drive consultative services sales engagements aligned with our software solutions to enable customer business transformation
- Collaborate with account executives, solution architects, industry experts, and delivery teams to develop compelling, customer-centric proposals
- Engage in pipeline development and management, ensuring clear visibility and accuracy of opportunities in CRM tools
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across new and existing customer accounts
- Understand customer business processes and challenges across various industries, and tailor solutions accordingly
- Prepare and present business value-driven proposals and respond to RFI / RFC / RFPs with high-quality, strategic responses
- Act as a thought partner for the customer—proactively identifying new business opportunities through a strong understanding of industry trends and the customer landscape
- Contribute to strategic account planning and execution to meet sales targets and long-term customer success
Qualifications
Proven experience in services sales, consultative selling or program management for business transformation initiatives preferably across industries
Understanding of enterprise systems such as PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), or similar platformsProven ability to manage and grow accounts and navigate complex customer organizations with strong skills in relationship management, business planning, and pipeline developmentFinancial acumen with the ability to understand, interpret, and communicate key commercial metrics, pricing structures, and business value driversComfortable navigating and reviewing contractual terms and conditions, with a solid understanding of legal frameworks and risk considerations in services / consulting agreementsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsFluent in Swedish and English; other languages are a plusWhat’s in it for you
