As a Sales Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of quotations, orders, and the delivery of spare parts to clients at both national and international levels. Acting as a key point of contact for customers, your role is central to the operational and commercial success of the spare parts business.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer enquiries and requests for spare parts.
• Assess client needs and prepare accurate quotations.
• Follow up on issued quotes and manage order processing from start to finish.
• Monitor and track open orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of spare parts.
• Issue proforma invoices and keep clients updated throughout the order cycle.
• Track prepayments and liaise with the accounting department on unpaid invoices.
• Proactively follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
