At AXA IM , our Architecture Team is at the forefront of technological innovation, providing development expertise and support across various platforms including C#, Python, and Angular. We are responsible for building and maintaining our proprietary platforms, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions for our internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic Architecture Team . This role is ideal for a developer who possesses a strong ability to build frameworks and platforms, with a particular emphasis on Python . The successful candidate will play a key role in developing an agentic AI platform, collaborating with other development groups to enhance our technological capabilities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure software platforms using Python, C#, and Angular.
  • Lead the development of an agentic AI platform for developers and other users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide architectural guidance and technical expertise.
  • Ensure the integration of security best practices in all development processes.
  • Utilize cloud technologies to optimize platform performance and scalability.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Act as a special team consultant to other development groups, offering technical solutions and insights.

    Qualifications

  • Proven experience in software development, particularly in building frameworks and platforms.
  • Strong expertise in Python, with experience enterprise platform engineering being highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of security principles and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
