Job Description
The Head of Operations will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Arabica in France, ensuring sustainable business growth, operational excellence, and strong brand positioning in the market. Acting as a Head of Operations , they will lead the team, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with quality standards and brand experience. This role will also oversee logistics and supply chain management , human resources , and the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Management : Implement and execute Arabica’s strategy in France, aligned with the brand’s global objectives.
- Operations & Expansion : Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Financial Management : Control budgets, P&L, and optimize costs without compromising the customer experience.
- Supply Chain & Logistics : Supervise inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to maintain an optimized supply chain.
- Human Resources & Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, fostering an organizational culture aligned with Arabica’s values.
- Performance Management : Define and implement KPIs to track and enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
- Stakeholder Relations : Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and franchisees to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that all operations adhere to local regulations and internal quality and safety standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in operational management, supply chain, and expansion , preferably in the coffee industry, F&B, or franchise business model .Strong background in logistics and HR oversight .Deep knowledge of the French market and its regulations .Strong leadership, negotiation, and financial management skills .Analytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs for operational success .Fluency in French and English .What We Offer
