End User Devices Architect

Overview

We are seeking an experienced End User Devices Architect to design implement and manage the infrastructure supporting our organizations end-user devices. Y oull play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organizations technology landscape. Youll be responsible for designing implementing and managing end-user devices and their associated infrastructure. Your expertise will drive the adoption of innovative technologies that enhance productivity security and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Device Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive end-user device strategy aligned with business objectives considering factors such as cost performance security and user experience.
• Infrastructure Design : Design and implement robust infrastructure to support end-user devices including network storage and application delivery solutions.
• Device Management : Implement and manage device management platforms to ensure devices are configured updated and secured effectively.
• Security : Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect end-user devices and data from threats.
• User Experience : Optimize device performance usability and support to enhance the overall user experience.
• Technology Evaluation : Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Vendor Management : Manage relationships with device vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and support.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with IT teams business units and end-users to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
