Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating daily showroom operations
• Leading managing and inspiring a team of sales and design professionals
• Ensuring the highest standard of customer service and client engagement
• Organizing and maintaining relationships with B2B clients architects and interior designers
• Liaising with premium international furniture and lighting brands
• Organizing showroom layout presentation and product rotation
• Driving sales performance and meet business targets
• Ensuring proper reporting budgeting and coordination with headquarters
