Ecolab is seeking a Marketing Manager to help our customers meet their goals differentiate Ecolab from our competition and impact the achievement of our aggressive growth targets.
Main Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse customer feedback through various methods (VOC surveys) to gain deep insights into their needs decision-making processes satisfaction levels and value recognition.
- Map and analyse the corporate customer journey to identify key touchpoints pain points and opportunities for improvement in the overall customer experience. This includes a compelling value proposition for our offerings that resonate with the specific needs and priorities of our corporate customer segments.
- Develop and execute clear consistent and customer-centric communication strategies that enhance engagement and understanding of our value.
- Develop and implement strategies focused on retaining and growing relationships with key corporate customers.
- Identify evaluate and execute new business development opportunities including exploring new business models based on market analysis and understanding unmet customer needs.
- Develop and present marketing strategies as part of the Sales Business Review and Annual Plan. Create and update quarterly market segment business plans that leverage multiple sources of growth to achieve Pest Division goals
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships to leverage internal expertise and identify collaborative growth opportunities.
- The role as EMEA Market scope. It will be embedded in the European Marketing team and with the local French organization.
