Description

Kroll is looking for an Analyst to join our Financial Services Compliance and Regulation practice in assisting asset managers PE firms investment firms and other regulated financial services clients to obtain initial authorisations or registrations and conduct audits and independent reviews. Our team also provide ongoing outsourced compliance support and regulatory advice to help navigate the rapidly changing regulatory landscape.

NAVIGATING RESPONSIBILITIES :

Within Financial Services Compliance and Regulation (FSCR) Paris you will be :

• Implementing specific compliance solutions for several types of regulated financial institutions (Hedge funds private equity firms wealth managers traditional and alternative fund managers brokers investment advisors custodians) including the preparation of :

compliance manuals policies and procedures;
