Albéa is a global leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical and food packaging. Our site, Albéa Plouhinec is our European Center of Excellence for Lipsticks with production of caps, bases & mechanisms.

Scope

Albéa, a cosmetics packaging manufacturer, is seeking a work-study student for the Albéa Cosmetics & Fragrance division. As part of the Service Desk, the student will assist with monitoring import shipments between the Far East and Europe and the Far East and the U.S.A.

The work-study position will be based in Plouhinec.

Main activities

Requesting quotes from carriers / freight forwarders in Europe and the U.S., monitoring and communicating responses,
Analyzing shipping schedules for factories in the Far East and Mexico,
Participating in weekly shipment monitoring meetings and preparing reports.
Assisting with shipment monitoring :

Using the Shiptify TMS,

Using the SAP ERP,

Communicating with production sites (Asia and North America).

Assisting with the preparation of a quarterly market update : information for internal and external communication.

Assisting with reporting using Power BI.

Various Sales Administration support tasks.

Accountability including KPIs

Ensure communication of quotations within agreed lead-time

Guarantee accurancy of shared information

Be accountable for monitoring shipments

Profile (Experience & qualifications)

BTS Commerce International or bachelor in International Trade is mandatory.

Fluent in both written and oral English + knowledge of Spanish

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
