YOUR ROLE

Working closely with business and technical stakeholders you will play a pivotal role that goes beyond traditional administration. Salesforce is not just our CRMit is the cornerstone of our entire operations seamlessly connecting Marketing Sales and Delivery teams. Highly customized with advanced configurations and integrations with multiple other tools Salesforce serves as the single source of truth for critical business domains including sales contracts accounts production and revenue. With around 300 users spanning the entire organization your expertise will directly impact how decisions are made across Shift Technology.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM including user management security flows reports and dashboards.
• Provide training and support to endusers to maximize adoption and productivity.
• Collaborate with the business teams to identify new requirements.
• Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
• Document processes configurations and changes.
• Monitor integrations with other systems (Hubspot databases internal webservices)
