Job Title : Field Service Technician - UPS Battery System

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working on UPS systems
• Commissioning equipment according to existing procedures
• Work in electrical, mechanical (isolation test) or functional (alarm, failover) tests
• Perform electrical measurements (on site test sheet, electrical and design)
• Prepare the battery formatting and test the discharge of the battery Maintenance intervention
• Perform equipment maintenance as part of maintenance contracts
• Form maintenance technicians of customers companies Troubleshooting intervention
• Validate or correct the fault diagnosis performed by the support technical : cell
• Realise fault diagnosis.
• Realise mending.
• Refer technical support to troubleshooting pieces needs. Return of mission
• Stock management
• Present and validate the intervention report to the hierarchical superior.
• Oracle debriefing Sales
• Develop accepting orders.
• Make technical recommendations.
• Identify technical needs through the TIC (Commercial Information Transfer given to the after sales service commercial manager)
• Check spare parts inventory at the customer.
