Agent de Sécurité

We are recruiting "Security Agents" for one of our clients in large-scale distribution in non-food stores (LM).

Reporting to your station manager and / or the company's Local Manager, the agent will be responsible for the following tasks :

• Customer reception.
• Filtering and controlling people's entries and exits.
• Informing, directing and accompanying customers.
• Managing telephone calls for security reasons.
• Managing keys and opening methods.
• General surveillance.
• Dealing with anomalies in accordance with the station's instructions.
• Ensuring the safety of property and people.
• Helping people, protecting them and alerting them in the event of an accident or exceptional event.
• Taking precautionary measures (setting up a security perimeter).
• Raising the alarm.
• Facilitating and guiding the emergency services.
• Ensuring that customers who have passed through the payment terminals have paid the full amount for all items in their possession.
• Detecting potentially fraudulent and / or dangerous behavior and immediately reporting their findings to their superiors Skills.
• First aid management
• Risk and conflict management
• Transmission of instructions and information
• Surveillance and guarding
• Ability to listen and work in a team

Prerequisites :

Hours : variable (bonus paid of €10 for each site opening at 5 : 00 am (vehicle required))
