If you are ready to manage the following responsibilities at the highest standards :

  • Define and execute a country-specific APS roadmap in line with the AEU APS roadmap to foster performance improvement and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support key APS initiatives, such as rolling out cost deployment, perfect line, etc., within the country scope.
  • Execute Operations improvement initiatives, leveraging the APS toolbox to deliver validated P&L impact.
  • Ensure the capabilities of the APS organization and the overall organization through dedicated learning and training offerings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify best practices within and outside the country scope, implement them in line with the improvement of existing standards.

And if you have :

Language Skills :  Fluency in English and French.

Education :  Technical University Degree.

Experience :  7+ years of operations experience with a focus on operational excellence within the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive. Deep experience and knowledge of LEAN methodology and principles. Proven track record of successful execution of cost / performance improvement programs.

  • Risk Management :  Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Budget Management :  Experience in managing project budgets and resources.
