Operations Manager, France

Upway is hiring an Operations Manager among its Operations team in France. The Operations teams role is to create the largest and highest-quality e-bike offering for Upway shoppers by sourcing the best e-bikes refurbishing them and delivering them to their new owner in a seamless customer experience.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for owning entire parts of operational flow managing teams in our warehouse building processes to optimize operations analyzing data to understand and bridge gaps and working closely with the rest of the company to provide best in class experiences to customers.

What you will do

Lead and scale a team of warehouse operators

Design build and own entire parts of the operational flow

Be extremely customer centric in your decision making

Deliver the best warehouse output every day again

Manage relationships with suppliers manufacturers and partners

Design implement and improve processes to optimize customer experience and financial efficiency

Set up tools and dashboards to get an accurate view on operations

Work closely with the rest of the company to support an extremely fast paced growth and expansion
