As a Customer Experience Specialist youll be the first point of contact for customers across various channelsphone email chat and social media. Your mission Deliver top-notch service solve problems and leave customers feeling supported and valued.

Youll :

Are You a Great Fit

Experience in customer support (voice email or chat) is a big plus

Tech-savvy or have troubleshooting experience Even better!

Excellent communication and multitasking skills
