Linum Consult’s client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in large commercial and industrial buildings. They are looking to hire a Construction Manager with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works to join their team in the Rhône-Alpes region, for a data centre construction project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing an MEP site holistically in compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, project management, engineers, site staff, and other stakeholders
- Preparing, leading, or attending site meetings and proactively ensuring the dissemination of information
- Planning, organising, and supervising MEP construction projects using a Lean management methodology
- Identifying the stages of the project and establishing a detailed schedule of MEP work
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets
