Executive Assistant to the CEO (M / F)

Who are we?
We are a leading French Group and, as part of our continued growth, we are launching a new strategic division covering France and North America. By 2026, this division will bring together nearly 15,000 employees. Its headquarters will be based in Montesson (78), alongside other Group divisions (approx. 100 people on site). The working environment will be modern, collaborative and welcoming, with short decision-making lines to ensure strong ties with the field.
Your role
Within this agile, human-sized and international organisation, you will report directly to the CEO of the new entity. You will support him / her closely in the day-to-day running and organisation of activities, wherever he / she may be (in France, the USA or Canada). Your main duties will include :
- Managing and optimising the CEO’s calendar, anticipating priorities and handling urgencies
- Organising travel arrangements in France and North America, including time zone coordination
- Preparing and coordinating strategic internal and external meetings (Executive Committee, etc.)
- Drafting and updating high-quality documents (minutes, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
You will work closely with various teams (legal, finance, HR, communications, subsidiaries, etc.) based in both France and North America, in a multicultural and fast-evolving environment.
Is this you?
At least a two- or three-year higher education qualification (Bac+2 / 3), with a minimum of 10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or senior executive, ideally within an international groupBilingual in French and English, both written and spoken – you feel fully comfortable navigating between the two cultures (a background in an English-speaking country or bicultural sensitivity is a plus)Proficient in office tools, especially skilled in creating impactful and accurate PowerPoint presentations, and confident using collaborative platforms such as SharePoint (bonus if you’re familiar with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot)Key soft skills : autonomy, service-mindedness, resourcefulness, rigour, strong communication skills – you are proactive, know how to anticipate needs and take initiativeWhy join us?
