Join DoubleVerify as an Account Management Intern to support client relations and gain ad tech experience.
The Role
Key responsibilities include :
- Assist in client meetings by preparing discovery questions drafting meeting agendas and handling followup communications.
- Craft client emails and support ongoing client service efforts.
- Conduct research on clients and industry news to identify potential risks and opportunities that could influence client strategies.
- Join external clientfacing meetings.
- Complete assigned tasks within appropriate SLA / deadline on a daily basis.
- Create cases in Salesforce for requesting support from the Implementation Management.
- Work closely with Account Managers to develop performance recaps analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and present a strategic account plan to the Account Management leadership.
- Participate in internal training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and service quality.
- Support clients with activation across Social and open web campaigns.
This is a 6month internship starting ASAP.
