Missions
In an increasingly competitive and highly solicited ecosystem, it is now crucial to provide value and expertise to our clients, prospects, and partners. Rather than escalating solicitations and prospecting efforts, we prefer to invest in creating value to demonstrate our expertise and attractiveness.
We are looking for a Media Project Manager to join our team and help us achieve this mission.
1. Developing editorial & video angle
Define the editorial line : Establish a clear vision for media content, aligned with Ringover's mission, brand book and with the expectations coming from our target audience.
Content video innovation : Explore innovative editorial formats to engage audiences through Video Podcast, snack contents and the best practices in B2C
Research and validation : Deepen topics by conducting rigorous research and validating information with experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Internal collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Customer Care & Product teams to create content that reflects the ambition of Ringover
Feedback and adjustments : Gather audience feedback to continually refine editorial strategy and improve engagement.
2. Video Content creation
Increased production : With the help of our content factory (Videographers, designers, copywriters), increase production of multimedia content, including videos and podcasts, to diversify communication channels and increase audience engagement.
Stakeholder identification : Identify and engage key players from the ecosystem, to enrich content with diverse and specialized perspectives.
Strategic collaborations : Partner with organizations and influencers to co-create content
3. KPI management and Business Impact
KPI definition : Establish a clear policy of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of content produced as well as the impact on target audiences.
Data analysis : Use analytics tools to track content performance and understand target preferences and behaviors.
International adaptation : Adapt KPIs and content strategies to ensure relevance in international markets, while respecting cultural and regulatory peculiarities.
Reporting and adjustments : Provide regular reports on performance and propose strategic adjustments to optimize the overall impact of the project.
Profil
Hard Skills : Copywriting, analyse des données, gestion de projet, Content Marketing, marketing automation
Required skills and experience
Organizational experience developing and executing against a cohesive roadmap that aligns with the broader marketing strategy
Successful people management experience where you lead by example.
A knack for balancing creativity with business impact, shipping work that resonates with our audience while still nurturing the team to take on fulfilling work
Proven experience in content production, understanding how to efficiently produce high-quality content with controlled cost
Experience building strong cross-functional relationships and alignment to determine and achieve organizational priorities
A clear and generous passion for storytelling, a deep grasp of digital marketing, and an innate ability to drive brand narratives
Demonstrated a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
Experience shaping a brand's footprint through multiple content channels and multi-media platforms
Driven consistency and adoption of a brand voice and tone across all content initiatives
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools. Knowledge of Marketing Automation tool is a strong bonus!
A background in SaaS, B2B, or Tech industry and fast-paced environment.
Languages : Proficiency in French and English, with Spanish being a plus.
