You actively contribute to safety, quality, environmental and continuous improvement standards, reinforcing Oleon’s commitment to responsible and sustainable operations.
You lead a team of four HR professionals and report directly to the corporate HR manager.
Who are we looking for?

- With a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset, you effectively support and challenge managers. You take ownership of HR topics and ensure structured follow-up from analysis to implementation, with a clear focus on impact and results.
- You are comfortable supervising payroll processes and working with HR KPIs and reporting. You translate data into clear insights and communicate them effectively to both site and Group leadership, supporting informed decision-making.
- As a credible and engaging HR leader, you build trust at all levels of the organization and represent Oleon externally. You maintain and further develop a strong professional network with external stakeholders and institutions, strengthening the company’s visibility and positioning.
- You bring solid negotiation skills and have proven experience in negotiating with trade unions on a wide range of topics. You can lead discussions with confidence, aiming for balanced and sustainable agreements.
- Combining rigor with empathy and a global mindset, you navigate complex and sensitive situations with professionalism, clarity and sound judgment.
