La Rochelle is one of the 12 industrial sites of Alstom in France. It is Alstoms global Centre of Product Excellence for the design of high and very high speed trains as well as for tramways.

With 1145 employees it is the leading industrial site in the department of Charente-Maritime and the second largest in the Poitou-Charentes region.

La Rochelle site has designed all of the 722 very high speed trains sold by Alstom across the world since the first TGV trainset in 1978 and a large majority of the 2000 Citadis tramways that have been sold since 1997 to 50 cities across the world.

Objectifs : Livraison des outillages nécessaires à la réalisation des modifications des réparations et ouverture de chantier conformément au planning transmis par le FMC

Mesures de la performance

Livraison des outillages et consommable en quantité suffisante et conformément au planning

Indicateurs de suivi défini dans les fichiers de suivi des approvisionnements doutillages et contrôles périodiques

Gestion des outillages

• Récupération du besoin pour une modification donnée
• Saisie dans le fichier de suivi des approvisionnements les informations sur les outillages nécessaires à la modification. (Description / Désignation Quantité outillage prix délai dappro date du besoin)
• Validation du besoin outillage avec équipe méthode
• Gestion dun stock mini doutillages et consommables pour les urgences de dernière minute.
• Préparation des commandes :

Consultation auprès des principaux fournisseurs connus au panel pour les outillages spécifiques

Achat doutillages et de produits consommables sur ARIBA entrée marchandises

Création de gamme type pour réalisation des outillages en ilot

Gestion des Outillages EDME et GMAO

Suivi des dates de validité des outillages mécaniques et électriques identification et localisation
