In this exciting role, crucial to our strategy for the coming years, you will report directly to our CEO. As a key member of the executive team, you will lead a full business unit (all functions, from sales to operations) worldwide. You will manage the most EBITDA-contributive scope and actively drive the Group's growth.
Your role is decisive both operational and strategic, you will directly contribute to our success. You will be responsible for defining and executing ambitious marketing and sales plans tailored to the specificities of geographic regions and clients.
Deeply connected to operational realities, you will operate in an international environment : our products are established all over the world ! To this end, you will build partnerships and lead internal teams to consistently deliver greater added value and technical expertise to our clients.
Your expertise and entrepreneurial spirit will enable you to succeed in this key position within our development strategy.
Profil recherché
With a top-tier degree (business school or engineering), you have at least 10 years of successful experience in similar roles.
You are ideally responsible for "Services" (maintenance, retrofit, revamping) within a product or project-focused Group operating in critical environments or in power electronics / energy sectors. From operational and strategic marketing to commercial or general management of a business unit or subsidiary in a mid-sized company, you have developed proven expertise in implementing ambitious strategies on the ground.
