Job Description
You join the Coverage & Advisory team of Natixis Corporate Investment Bank’s Regional Management (DR) Grand Est. Within this team, we are actively working on the development of our client portfolios and the acquisition of midcaps / upper midcaps prospects located in the Grand-Est region. We provide them with the ideas, solutions and products that are best suited to their strategy, thanks to the coordination of the different expertise of the bank and the BPCE group, focusing primarily on structuring topics. Cooperation with the regional banks of the BPCE Group present on the territory is also an integral part of our missions, in order to meet the objectives of the strategic plan ETI BPCE.
Your daily tasks are :
- Assist the Regional Director in managing DR’s strategic relationships, including preparing visits, vetting and organizing credit committees;
- Analyze and master the strategy of clients and prospects, to provide them with tailored solutions that will help them achieve their development goals within a managed risk management framework;
- In collaboration with the Regional Director, develop and implement a commercial action plan for each client and prospect, coordinating the intervention of the different expertises of the group (Market, Structured Finance, International, Social Engineering, Leasing, Primary Equity Market, M&A, Wealth Management, etc.);
- Be the “entry point” for your client / prospect and the main contact for teams, while independently managing a customer account and supervising the credit process ;
- Develop the customer base through prospecting actions.
As a Relationship Manager, you also take part in cross-functional missions with the head of the DR Grand Est (monitoring ratings and limits, analysis of customer profitability, organization of events, etc.).
You work in an international environment, within a community of experts that places excellence, impact and collective action at the heart of everything it undertakes. You are an active participant in the commercial dynamics of DR Grand Est as well as the representation of Natixis CIB on our territory.
