As part of our continued growth, ProAmpac is expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our commercial team.
We’re seeking a self-motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and uncovering new opportunities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships. Experience in the packaging industry is preferred but not required—we value strong sales instincts and a collaborative mindset.

Sales & Business Development
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in line with growth targets.
- Regularly travel to meet with current and prospective clients (including overnight stays and occasional evening events).
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
- Negotiate and secure long-term contracts with key accounts.
