Information Technology Manager

Coders Connect is working closely with an innovative biotechnology scale-up based in Lyon, France , developing next-generation solutions to support scientific and medical research globally. Their mission-driven environment blends cutting-edge science with digital innovation, and they are currently strengthening their technical management function to meet growing internal demands.

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to take charge of an established technical team that includes DevOps, bioinformatics, and IT support professionals . This role centers on team management, improving operational workflows, and evolving IT systems to support the company’s scale-up.

This is a key management role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a proactive, structured approach to problem-solving and team oversight.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Manage a cross-functional IT team (DevOps, network specialists, informaticians / bioinformaticians)
• Optimize productivity & processes through continuous improvement
• Anticipate future IT needs and implement scalable solutions
• Drive change in technologies, tools, and methods
• Coordinate between technical operations & business goals
• Support recruitment, development, and day-to-day team management
