Our client, a leading global luxury maison, is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee operations across Europe. This pivotal role will ensure operational excellence and support the continued growth of the retail network.

The Role

The Retail Operations Manager will take full ownership of operational activities across the region, including maintenance, health & safety, budget management, compliance, stock management and project delivery. You will also support major retail initiatives such as new openings, refurbishments and pop ups. As a key people leader, you will drive and motivate the team based in Paris and London, ensuring alignment and consistency across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day to day operations across European retail network
• Manage budgets and implement cost saving measures where possible
• Oversee store maintenance and health & safety compliance in line with regulations
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Lead onboarding, training and development of the retail operations team
• Project manage retail initiatives including openings, refurbishments and pop ups
• Perform regular audits and support stock and inventory KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in luxury retail operations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage across multiple locations
• Solutions oriented, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
• Solid knowledge of European health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Fluent English required, French strongly preferred; additional languages advantageous
• Willingness to travel within Europe
